As a runner, you need to be able to coordinate all body systems from the bottom up for an efficient gait.
Evolation instructor Veronica Lewinger and Dr. Kimberly Melvan have collaborated to create this workshop that will hone in on yoga poses that are most specific for injury prevention and maintenance for runners.
This clinic is ideal for runners who have never tried yoga but know they need to. For yogis who run and also do yoga, you will learn how specific postures often taught in yoga can help keep you strong and injury-free.
